we have a tata indicom connection (01164568367) from last 3 years. now the instrument is giving problem from last 2 months. we complained several times to TATA company thorugh customer care helpline and e-mail too. they always assured to solve the problem but till date the result is a big zero. so you are requested to look into the matter and do the needful.
