i recharged my phone for 4g net pack and after one day i again recharged my account with 100 rs and made just one call hardly of 2-3 mins. and after few hours when i again wanted to make a cal my balance was shoe=wing zero “0” rs but my net was still active even on 0 rs balance.
next day i recharged again of 30rs and they again did the same. call almost 10times to customer care but no positive response. they alwasy cut my calll in between. and then a senior talked to me and said you were using 2g on recharge of 4g thats why ur balance is deducted. i use lenovo handset where i have only one option to choose 4g which automatically connects to 2g ang 3g according to reachable network. i cant control it manually. and they deducted my 160rs balance for the reason which is not controllable by user. and they are not giving my money back. there must be an alert from there side even if such a worst policy exists and they should should control their network policy instead of expecting it from user.
really bad experience.
what should i do?
