I recharged with rs 49 pack for 1Gb 3g night data as 129 service clearly validate the offer.
Instead they provided me with 500 sms for 28 days which are of no use to me. On contacting customer care they started making silly excuses.
Sir does the small amount claim refer that we need to feel powerless and the Companies always slips from justice.
This is not first time but this time i decided to act against them as there may be thousands of other people like me.
I hope maybe the day will come when the billionair companies will fear as hell for deducing even 1 rs. without customers consent.
