Defective Hitachi Split AC

on 27-5-2015 purchased hitachi inverter split AC VK39931 RAS018HVEA-SE150D14481.
bill N.o. 01L20150700001313.
from day first I is not working properly. It is a defective piece and company is not replacing it and misbehaving with me on call.
1. outdoor unit PCB unit malfunction.
2. Indoor unit PCB malfunction.
3.Remote control unit defect.
4.panel swing defect.
Since day one it is not performing. This mean i am given a defective fraudulent product in the name of Hitachi’s good faith.
Its servicenter employee is misbehaving with me on phone, when i asked him to replace the unit.
