Had ordered a LED TV from shopclues on 16th April 16 and the same product was received on 27th April 16.The Sony LED i purchased had some manufacturing defect and a horizontal line was coming on the display screen .The same was informed to the shopclues on 27th April and i received the confirmation for replacement through SMS .Till date the return has not occurred and every time i contact shopclues i am asked to wait for another 4-5 working days .I even shared the images of the Faulty LED TV but still the issue is unresolved .The response from shopclues team is very poor.18 days have passed but still no resolution provided.
