I am valued customer of the credit of kotak mahindra and used to use their banking more than 1 year back. I kept paying their bills on time. First, what I do, I transfer the billed amount from HDFC bank to kotak banking via online so that I could make the payment using the online panel of Kotak bank so that It can be done in some hours but I am really fed this month when I did the same and Kotak put my some amout (Rs.3890) on lien mode. Kotak must taking care of the valued customers, if any is connected with you for last 2 years.
Though, I going to put down their services.
