2 bricks for 36000, 1 month amazon has not done nothing as I belong from a non metro city and don’t know how to deal with such situations

I ordered PS4 1TB for my son from amazon on 2nd april. Order number: First of all I never got anything but those bricks inside the box, delivery boy has made a false statement about delivering it to our neighbours when it was 36000 cash delivery. It is not possible for us to give that amount to anyone around, my husband picked it up himself paying cash outside the mall near my place from dhanraj the delivery boy who was sitting there having tea relaxing. When he called we strictly asked him when he will come he said after 4 so we said come after 5 but he came at 1 according to his convenience he has made up all of these stories delivering it neibhours and stuff. it IS NOT POSSIBLE AT ALL. YOU CANNOT JUST ASSUME ANYTHING OR MAKE ANY FALSE STATEMENTS
Since the time you first denied to my refund for no solid reason I called thinking as we did not contacted through call so you are taking it as a joke or something. The day I called a person named arun read the email about email refund denied still said that please be assured I will still fix this in 5 b days. You will get the money or the product, THEN I CALLED AGAIN AFTER 5 DAYS IN THE DAYTIME THE GIRL SAID WILL BE DONE BEFORE 7 EVENINGS YOUR PEOPLE HAS SENT ME EMAILS ABOUT THE SAME AS WELL. WHEN CALLED AFTER 9 THAT DAY PERSON MAKES ME WAIT ON CALL FOR ONE HOUR AS HE COULDNT FIND ANY REQUEST. YOU HAVE MADE A JOKE TO OUR 36000 THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG U EXPECT A FAIR DECISIONS ITS BEEN SO LONG NOW GIVE ME MONEY BACK. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING LET ME KNOW BUT GIVE ME MY MONEY
