Sir i have booked a product(Philips Home theater 5.1, product id= 18312132) on Infibeam.com on 2nd of this month costing around INR-7000
and expected delivery was till 8th but there was no delivery. I contacted about the delay and they said the product was not available and will forward the mail to their seniors .after that they told that it will be delivered by 15 of this month and now its 21st till now i did not received my product i put a complaint through email but there was no response till now i even contacted them on mobile but they always say they r forwarding the mail to seniors executive but still no action taken till now. So pls help mee and guide me to steps i should take
