Complaint Regarding Balance debited-AIRCEL

Hi,

This is Kasa Kiran, I am from hyderabad and my mobile no. 9700527014.
since 6 months i was suffering with this worst service and customer care of aircel.
Every month I am facing the same problem, without asking me anything simply activating some stuff automatically and debiting amount from my balance. Today also I have face same problem you people activated “Attractive Model Weekly at Rs 30.0 is auto-renewed for 7 days” this is the message I got in the morning and debited my amount without asking my permission.

This is really very bad and worst service I was facing last 6 months, I was using this number since 10 years, Is this the way you people treating the customers like this.
Resolve my problem, give me my money back and I was getting so many messages like that daily minimum 15 to 20 messages, Please try to stop sending the messages regularly and sort out the problem ASAP.

If this happens again I will shift to another network and I will make my friends who all are using the aircel networks to change to other network.
