Refer order no OD105463578477361000 and OD 105463568796922000 dated 12 Mar delivered on 16 Mar regarding Home blendz Floral cushion covers which was under 10 day replacement. The material of the product as per specification was leather.The product when delivered seemed to be OK. However after 20 days I was shocked to see that product was not leather but of cheap quality rexine. The rexine started to wither away and the cushion cover got torn from all over. When I contacted Flipkart they said sorry but cannot do anything about refund. I want to take them to court if they fail to provide me refund/ replacement within 10 days.
