Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased one battery of mobile Model no XOLO-8x 1100 on 13/02/2016. Next day I complaint through phone about this faulty battery . He said that Please provide me details of your mobile set I will order new battery for your mobile phone. Till then many complaint has been made on phone and email but no response and make different excuse .Neither ready to return money or give new battery .Kindly look into this matter and provide me solution . Details of Vendor are as follows:

Invoice number -560 and date 13/02/2016.
