Not able to resolve issue since last SIX month

This brand name is not able to understand the issue which i had raised six month ago. The service team which visit is so illiterate that they only know to open Google. If its working then everything is fine from there end.

They close the complaint by their own wish without proper solution.

My concern is I am not able to access my institute online ERP if I connect my system to the internet provided by Tata communication. on the counterpart the same is accessible from any other point of location and by service of any other service provider.

I have logged complaint in this regarding many times ( Recent complaint no 1018 160 40).

The reply which i got from my ERP provider is below-:

Based on trace route results Internet traffic between Amazon and customer goes via the following networks:
Customer => TATA Communications (formerly VSNL) in India =>*we suspect problem is here*=> TATA Communications in India => TATA Communications in Singapore => NTT in the US => Amazon

We suspect traffic coming from Amazon back to customer is not being delivered correctly. This symptom is consistent with filtering based on source address at the boundary of some ISPs. Given we also observe private IP addresses and higher than usual delay between former VSNL and TATA network in India, it would be best if TATA communications investigated that part of the path. If the customer raises this issue with TATA/VSNL they will be in a better position to troubleshoot given customer and their network are directly linked. They should also be able to verify the path all the way to Singapore if necessary since they are all part of a shared entity (i.e. TATA).

For previous customers we were able to influence traffic from our end to ensure it is delivered to TATA in India via an alternate path but in this case as you can see the customer is a few networks away and we don’t have any viable options to apply the same workaround.

I will continue to push TATA to investigate the issue on our end but considering TATA is not directly linked to Amazon I imagine their response is going to be best-effort as there is no direct contract between our networks..

Hope TATA communication will hire good team who can understand this issue and get back with a positive response
