Feeling so much embarrassment as a valued customer of idea.

Dear Sir/Madam

With due respect I would like to inform you that I am a valued and old customer ( since launched in west bengal) of Idea who use idea network and feel proud for idea network. my idea number is 9093146523. This number is very important to me. If you check my account activity then you will know all. I did not have any complain against idea network since 2 -3 years that is why I always maintained my balance above Rs.1000/- but now a days Idea network deducting my balance without any reason and my consent and it is the matter of regret that it is continuing and none of your customer listening my words with sympathy.So i am worried to keep more balance and I am thinking to leave Idea network if no step taken by Idea network. I am tired for this suffering and really tired to contact idea customer care as i get less time from my work. obviously idea customer care executive has poor education and experience. Don’t know how they are managing their customer. It may cause that people are porting their idea number to another network. I am describing whole matters below.

on 6th march 2016 at 5.10 pm i received 2 sms from 55955. 2 sms are given below:
sms 1 :- Thanks for giving your consent . you have been charged 3 Rs. for a day. Now, dial any number and indulge in unlimited fun!

sms 2 :- Dear customer, you have been charged Rs.3.00 and your current balance is 202.83

I called customer care but no help from them. So I sent a sms on to 155223 to stop VAS if any activated. got reply that you are currently not subscribed to any VAS service.

on 27th march 2016 at 5.01 pm again i received same 2 sms like above.
Again I sent sms to 155223 to stop active (if any) VAS but same reply has been received that no VAS is activated on your number.

On 28th march 2016 at 10.28 pm I called 198 to lodge a complain against it. Mr. Maitra picked my call. I can’t remember his name. He denied to lodge any complain. He started to argue me and his behavior is really bad. Idea keeps all conversation records with customer for training purpose. so you can check it. He denied that any amount has not been deducted from my account on 27th march for that sms i have received. Most interesting thing is, he explained me that the sentence of sms “you have been charged 3 Rs. …” means you will be charged 3 Rs. if you activate it but now you have been not charged!!! I surprised and asked him sir do you know proper English ? Tense? Grammar?
Sir, you can easily guess how wise Mr. Maitra is…

Today I tried to call 198 to lodge complain but call is not connecting. May be Mr. Maitra locked my number last night to enter my call there. So I called 12345. Sushmita Dey picked my call and told her details and asked her to lodge a complain. She denied and told me that I will not get any refund and the amount has been charged cause I have downloaded some services ( don’t know what is it). I told her that I did not download any services and I am using simple mobile where I am unable to download any even I did not connect internet ( actually I don’t have time to do so). But she never cares me. you may check call conversation records.

Hope you understand my problem. I described you all. My request to you that please process my refund of Rs.6/- ( 3 + 3) and please be sure that any VAS or such services shall not be implemented on my number in future. Also I am requesting to you that please take proper step against those customer care executives who are illiterate and does not know how to behavior with valued customer.Feeling so much embarrassment as a valued customer of idea.

If I get any confirmation regarding my complain then I will continue my relation with Idea network.
