My name is rinks ThakuR and I am a regular customer of flipkart I bought a moto g 3rd gen. My order I’d is OD405371008138065000.
WHEN I RECIEVED it I faced lots of problem in this product. Then I create a refund and it has been created BT due to
some misunderstanding it has been cancelled. Its OK that is my fault BT I want to register new request BT this cancel request is not properly cancelled. The request is pending after 10 days.
And everybody giving me the time of 24 hours day to day. And some tells we arrange a call back from higher authority BT there is no call back after seven days. All made a fool of me that there is problem with system update. How kind system they have….all disappointing service by flipkart…. Don’t buy anything from flipkart I prefer Amazon’s is best …
