Complaint against Logistic company. on 19 feb i booked my car for delivery to bangalore (i’ve bills). Its approx. a month since i’was waiting for my car delivery in bangalore. They have committed to deliver in 7-10 days from Gurgaon. It was delivered to me on 18 March after so much of hulla-boo..
Regular follow-up been doing but no concrete response i’ve received. I call them on regular basis & call went unanswered or not responded appropriately on timeline. Every time they they will call me back in sometime & than no one pickups my call throughout day!
Want to know, what legal action shall i take here to penalize them..
