I am a PNG consumer and my BP NO. is 1000098013. I had requested to IGL to temporarily disconnect my PNG connection for house repairs. It was done on 22/12/15. I, again, approached them to reconnect the same on 10/02/16, since the repair is over. My request number is 9900149592. No rep has visited me since then despite my numerous reminders to Customer Care at 0124-45195959 for reconnection. It is futile to mention that the attitude of the customer service is very lax, lackaisidical and inefficient.
I request if someone could take my case to higher ups since I am being forced to cater food requirements from outside.
