Snapdeal will not give back money for a faulty product which was defective and collected by them.
They have refused to replace or refund the money into bank account – they report they cannot do it but o explanation has been given. I have asked for the money to be given back as a gift voucher and they are still refusing. Please could someone help as seniors are always to busy to talk to you.
