This is Karthik kannan from Madurai, one of the Jet Airways passenger.
I was cheated by Jet Air Ways staffs on last 2nd October 2014, since my ticket was sold to some of the passenger.( The whole communication with the Jet air ways is pasted below of this letter for your kind reference)
So I have escalated to this issue to JET AIRWAYS team.
Finally they accepted for the refund after 6 month (ies. Feb 2015), But still I am not getting my refund.
Because of their mistake, that day I have lost around Rs.17,000.
But no one is ready to give my refund whether its Jet Airways team or Make my trip (Booking Agency).
Both are simply cheating common people like me.
They are dragging me more than 1.5 Years. But still I m not getting my solution.
Kindly help me to get my money
