Huge packet loss since past 2 weeks on spectranet.

I’ve been using their services since the past 3 years, reluctantly.
A couple weeks back I started having problems with online games like CS:GO and DOTA2 in which about every couple of minutes, I’d temporarily get disconnected.
I’ve tried every troubleshooting including changing the router.
Apparently looks they started having massive packet loss i.e. data packets that are sent get lost on the route and the machine has to resend them which is very bad for something like online games. The acceptable packet loss for any ISP in India is <1% as recommended by TRAI. But Spectranet’s packet loss is much much higher rendering my bandwidth unusable.
I’ve got a complaint#2016022017426666 since Sunday and haven’t heard from them inspite of me several e-mails. Their helpline is on perpetually busy, I guess for my number only. I’d like to make a complaint about this to TRAI and hopefully they’ll start treating customers right.

The network has gone worse with frequent disconnections while I was trying to work from home through VPN.

I got a call from them today. They’ve actually closed the first ticket that I’d logged on Sunday 21-Jan-2016 without any intimation whatsoever and now they’ve created a new ticket (2016022017426666) in-spite of me explicitly asking them to re-open the older one(2016022017426666). They told me their technical team will call me, which they haven’t yet.

So here are some violations which I want to bring to notice to TRAI. I’d be glad if someone could guide me how to take it up with them.

    1. They have blocked my number. When I call them with my registered phone, I get a message that all their customer support personnel are busy. If I call through another phone, they ask for registered mobile number and then the same thing.

    2. Complaint#2016022017426666 was closed without even having a look at it or even contacting me once; no reply to my e-mails until today.

    3. The internet is in this state since the past 3 weeks and I only got to file a complaint on Sunday. It is still not fixed. Can you imagine a 3 week service deterioration in this day and age. This can only happen in India.

I’ll appreciate any help on, however small.
    Thanks.

Instead of helping, spectranet This is a new high in customer support. I’m writing this post from my mobile. They think a guy that can give them trace logs and complain about packet loss can’t fathom a website doesn’t ping when rest of the stuff does.

I am having same issue . I ran trace route on various sites and from the path they followed i tried to ping all of them one by one . The issue is with the spectranet server only with ip 203.92.38.45.reverse.spectranet.in [203.92.38.45] . If you try to ping 203.92.38.45 [ping 203.92.38.45 -t] you will get response timed out . Packet loss is upto 10-12% . They are not listening to me as well. Last time i complained and asked that i am having lag issues in online games , they were like game server has banned you and we don’t provide packet rerouting . This is very pathetic .
