i purchased one mobile Vox kick k5 through d2h online on 16/03/2015 vide invoice no 50481835 dt 16/03/15 imei no 911397500158983.order was booked from my mobile 9412875154.
later it got defective and because it was under guarantee period i sent it to service station.i.e.vox care shop no 1900 near shishganj gurudwara delhi 110006 mobile no 08744066802 and 0120 4889999(address given by d2h).on 1412/15vide registered post no EU23986576In.
since then i have send several mail and made several telephonic call (which rarely matures) but i am not being informed by service provider about whereabouts of mobile.even they do not respond to mails also..
