Non delivery of item

EBazar Team,

It is highly unfortunate that i am getting very unprofessional treatment from ebazar.ninja company.

Its almost 24 days since, I paid for Power bank whose details are given below:
→ Order ID – OID25203
→ Product – EB 10400 MH Powerbank.
As company was not delivering the product I initiated for cancellation 03-02-2016.
Still I am waiting for my refund for amount Rs. 599.
Kindly do the needful in this regard and resolve the problem at the earliest.
