Under warranty free service not providing

Autoflame (01165177345.) as per written warranty card they are not providing free service they charge 200/- for visiting charge and they charge for parts also which is Under Warranty. Above customer care no I sad I’ll complaint in customer care she told we don’t care go to any consumer court. Kindly take action. Regards
