Snap Deal order no:- 11097156350
We placed an order of 2 GB external hard drive on snap deal on 12/01/2016. We had made payment via credit card. We recieved the shipment on 15/1/2016 and when opened the box, it was empty. The courier man ran away from our office. On calling snapdeal on 9212692126 we talked to M/S Pushpinder who said she will look in the matter and reply us within 48 hours. We were given a complain number:- 17765082.
