No solution given in last 3 days.

These Vodafone ppl are good for nothing and providing a pathetic service, my sim suddenly stopped working on last Saturday.. Maybe bcoz it got too old.. But then I went to Vodafone store and they said they will courier my sim to my address.. And I received the on Monday.. And the Vodafone courier boy said it wil get activated by 12 midnight.. But it didn’t got activated… I called customer care the next day and enquired about my sim.. They told I had the wrong sim as the sim number was not the same as they have in their database and which I received.. But then it is not my fault..
Then yesterday I.e. 7th January.. I went to Vodafone store again.. And they replaced my sim immediately saying it wil be activated in 2 hours.. But then it didn’t got activated.. And I went to the same voda store today again I.e. 8th January.. They said it wil get activated by evening.. And till now nothing has happened.. And I am really irritated.. It is my business number.. And it’s not activated since last 5 days.. And I am going through a loss ..
I had posted on Vodafone india page on Facebook.. They said someone will talk to you from Vodafone soon.. But nothing has happened yet.. I am really frustrated and irritated with the Vodafone company.. It is somehow mental harassment .. Kindly look into the issue..and I need Justice..!
