Received Defective piece 20800 Mah Power Bank

Dear Sir

Received twice defective piece after indenting 20800 Mah power bank from Ebazar.Ninja team, Customer Care +91-8010445566

Since the indent in Nov 2015 , the issue is pending .

In view of this I have also sent my confirmation to treat the order as cancelled, refund my expenses i.e amount of asset Rs 980/- and courier charges Rs 200/-
All relevant supporting’s for refunding the amount is being sent.

Request you to please review and take up the matter with the Ebazar.Ninja team.
