Misbehavior done by CCE and promise not fulfilled

To Whom so ever it may concern,

This is to bring into your notice that i want to raise a complaint against Yu Yureka (phone manufacturing company-launched by Micromax).

The phone was purchased on 22nd April 2015,through Amazon.

There was battery drainage and frequent restart of phone issue with my phone.
i contacted both Amazon and Yu Yureka customer care.

They are continuously misguiding me and are providing alternative dates after every 15 days.

It has been almost 2 months now,since i have registered a complaint at there customer care,CC representatives are now misbehaving and disconnecting my calls.

This is very frustrating and disappointing.

I would like to request you to kindly take a appropriate action at your earliest.

Please let me know ,if any other additional information is required.
