I have been receiving repeated calls from number 9911258287 from a lady who identifies herself as Riya Sen from Delhi Lok Nyayalay.
She tells me of having filed a case has been filed by Ashok Malhotra (According to her he is an Advocate) and i need to contact him immediately to seek the settlement and close the case.Then she gave me his number as-07042982740.
Surprisingly enough i have neither met any guy by the name ashok malhotra or conducted any business as such in my life.so as i searched on internet and truecaller about these both numbers to get the information.
1) i came to know as number of spam calls complaints have been registered on this number of Ashok Malhotra-07042982740
2)Also the lady who was calling me from a number 9911258287-introducing herself as riya sen from Delhi lok nyayalay has been registered on the name of Ashok Malhotra.
3)Based on number of consumer complaints registered on internet with exactly the same situation
Now i am confirmed that these is a fraudulant calls hence i have not contacted on the number provided by the lady for ashok malhotra so as not to fall into the trap of these frauds.
but i am still receiving calls from the lady riya sen from number 9911258287 to call ashok malhotra seek settlement…
I wish to file a complaint about these people riya sen-9911258287 and Ashok Malhotra-07042982740 who are making fraudulant,mentally harassing and threatening calls in the name of court case to launder the money.
i urge respected authority to look into the matter seriously and take subsequent actions against such people on priority,
so as many other peoples should not suffer,fall into the traps of such frauds.
