Dear Sir,
Further I have checked up my documents and recollect my memories then I found that LIC is done a mischief with the documents. I am stating following points which I have mentioned in my application.
I have applied for 10 years scheme the how LIC is giving the policy for 20 years!
I have paid the premium on 11/01/10 then how LIC is issuing the policy form 28/04/10!
I am loosing interest of four months as well as I am getting maturity amount four month later.
We are not expecting such a mischief in documents from a corporate like LIC. I request you to sort it out matter within a week time or give me the refund with interest.

Thanks for the information but sorry to say that till date I have not received the policy.
I would also like to inform you that I have deposited the money on 11/01/10 but as per your statement the policy has been effective from 28/04/2010 and amount I have paid Rs.36756/-.while you have mentioned Rs.36030/-
Pl. look in the mater as I am paying Rs.700/- less and I have lost the interest of four month of Rs.36756/-.

Dear Sir,
I have taken Jivan Saral policy on 11/01/10 wide B.O.C no. 13589, amount is Rs.36756/-. After rigorous follow up I have got the call from agent for medical check-up.I had undergone for medical check-up in Balaji Hospital Vadodara where we found all report normal as per development officer remark.
After passing of two months of time when I follow up with agent then he request me to come personally at LIC branch to verify your self in presence of Branch Manager.I went there and one LIC representative measure the body detail in presence of Branch Manager.
Once again after one and half month when I follow up with My agent Mr.Narendra Patel, he told me that LIC branch manager requires your previous medical check up report which you have undergone during last three year.
I do not understand what is their intension in delaying in issuing policy every time their requirement changes. As such I am working in Alembic Limited at senior position and that company is 50 KM away from Baroda. I can not regulary follow-up with different people on every day basis.
I donot understand what they want from me by delaying in issuing policy.
I am having a different kind of policy since last twenty years and regularly paying the premium that indicates the healthiness.
I request you to look in to the matter and resolve the matter within week time other wise I do not have alternative but to go to consumer forum for my right.
