Suspension of number and issuing legal notice without hearing my problem

I have a Vodafone postpaid number 9953580118 by the name of paras Jain. The company charged me Rs. 1300 as internet charges but I have an unlimited internet plan. I am staying in M.P. Since last 6 months and using Internet on roaming. I called their customer care as I was facing some problem with 3G network so the guy told me to switch your network to idea when you are in M.P. And then 3G would work. So I did that and when I checked my bill they charged me 1300 for it. I have asked them many times to waiver the amount but they are not doing it. Also I asked them to change my plan and they confirmed it will change from next billing cycle but again from the next month they charged me with previous tarrif only. I asked for a waiver for that, then they say your request was not registered. I registered a complaint at Sec. 18, noida Vodafone store about my problems, they had sent a mail to higher authorities, and told me I will get a revert back in 3 days! I have not got that yet, it’s already going to be a week! Also they have sent me a legal notice for payments without even solving my problem. Their executives behave very badly and are not ready to cooperate. It’s was a 7-8 year old number and they have suspended the services without notifying me, I went for a sim replacement as my sim was not working in M.P. They issued me a new sim and told me it will be activated in 2 days but when it didn’t I got to know later that my sim was not working because it was suspended. I am seriously annoyed with Vodafone. They overcharge you for no reason, and if one does not check their bill properly they can earn a lot from you for no reason or even if you find a mistake, they are not ready to listen and rectify the mistake!
