I have purchased new Honda CB Shine bike from Ganpati Honda dealer . But instead of getting right product I got fault product. I am very dissatisfied . There are some problems in bike . I have complained four times but it is still unresolved . In new bike such type of problem should not present .
Problems are-
->regarding starting and riding .
->some mimic noise are coming
->third gear are getting stuck some times .
Honda such a big company should consider the value of time,money and effort of customer . I should get discount on such a fault product or replaced it with with right product .Please do needful as I got frustrated by giving time to service center and taxi fare when my bike get stuck in service center in Ganpati Honda(Gurgaon ,Haryana,India).
