Worst service experience with Agarwal Packers. I had given my car for transfer from Gurgaon to Bangalore to Agarwal Packers and Movers on 29th of October on their commitment of making it reach in 7-8 days. It has been 19 days and my car still hasn’t been delivered to me. On top of that, nobody from Agarwal Packers has had the courtesy to inform me about the present status. I have to call customer care every 2nd day myself. The call connects after attempting atleast 10-12 times and even then to get an unsatisfactory response and false commitments. I had written a feedback on their website as well but still got no response. The experience has been pathetic. Their service is completely unprofessional. Their response shows that they do not care about their customers at all. I don’t understand why they charge a premium over other transporters. Will never use the services of Agarwal Packers and Movers again.
