I had sent an URGENT next day delivery package via bluedart from PUNE to Hyderabad and even after 5 days I am not able to track the status of the shipment. The package contains important health claim files for my childs hospitalization.
Online status on the website is not updated since past 3 days.
Customer service does not know the latest status either. They are only aware of online status.
Each time I call their Customer Service – -18602331234 number they’re asking for more time and they’re checking with the Hyderabad team.
I ask them to talk to supervisor and they dont agree to the same.
Multiple times they’ve arranged for a callback but there is no return phone on the status.
I want to raise this as A COMPLAINT AGAINST BLUEDART and want to take this up in consumer court to compensate for the same.
