I made a payment for INR. 855 on Oct 24th on www.dennetworks.com. Den provides the Cable & Broadband service in Delhi NCR. I paid for my monthly plan but still my Internet is not working. I am calling them everyday but they are not resolving my issue. Everytime I speak with new agent & he/she tells me to wait for 24 hours. It has been 10 days now. I am now so much frustrated.
