Before recharging showing other offr and aftr rechrge givng anothr offr..

I had ask a dealer of idea free roaming pack …told me 2 rechrge of rs 38…nd had checkd also in idea selfcare same amount had been there 38 rs….bt wen I had rechrged I had not get tat offr insted of tat I had got othr 1…I had calld cstmrcare bt they r giving xcuses….few mnths ago same they did had rechrged of rs 599 3g pack …through idea msg I recivd unlimited 3g 4 rs 599…had checkd in selfcare also….bt I had got only 2gb…3g……so pls sir its a humble reqst 2 u…to fetch it out……thnk u.
