I recharge my DTH (reliance big tv ) on last week and on the next some technical problem occured which is not resolved by the company. i complaint on reliance bigtv customer care centre after long my complaint is registered with service request number 239097932 and no technician or service man visit to my home for the problem and today i got message from reliance bigtv customercare that your problem is resolved and the amount of 175 rs is deducted from your DTH account afterthat i informed the customer care but i didn’t get any response from them .
