This complaint is against Tikona Digital Networks.
I had been using the internet service from them from Feb, 2015. Their connection had bad network and slow speed from the very beginning for which i have lodged several complaints with them. finally from 17th June 2015 i was facing continuous problem with the connection and the technician (Mr. Umesh +919654415539) said that there service is not feasible at my location (Sultanpur ext, New Delhi) anymore. So he processed for disconnection. After that i have been continuously calling tikona for processing my request but they have delayed very much. After a long time they arranged to collect the device on 16-09-2015. But they have sent me a bill charging for penalty of not submitting the device. Not i have proof of the device collection and all the emails i have sent to them and received from them. I am frustrated with them and want a resolution.
