A few days ago (Oct. 10), I saw that Vodafone had a new 2G offer for me. When I had dialed *121# from my Vodafone mobile, I found that they are providing 500MBs of 2G data for 28 days to me if I recharge with Rs. 48. But when I recharged the same amount, I received the ordinary data pack i.e. 256MB for 6 days. The offer which I was supposed to get was not provided to me and today that plan has ended as well. I had already complained in the Support Desk; they only provided me a complaint ID (i.e. 1798384362 on Oct. 12) but no further steps were taken. I want Vodafone India to immediately resolve my issue, or else, I’ll call media and also make this news viral in the internet. I can hardly give you 24 hours, Vodafone, and your time starts now….
