So on 14th Sep. 2015, my laptop’s boot manager crashed. Being the faithful customer I went to ASUS India service center(Nehru Place) on 15th Sep, where I submitted my laptop. I was told it would take a week for repair. A week passed and I called them to ask. They said they had ordered a motherboard and a hard disk. They hadn’t still received the motherboard and would call me back after receiving it. After calling in every 3 days, I got the same response until Wed 7th Oct which was the last time I called. Wondering if it takes 2.5 weeks for a motherboard to arrive(even from US). Looks like ASUS isn’t bothered about its customer.
Way to go ASUS – 4 weeks and counting!
