With reference to the above, I would like to inform you that I do not get 4G network in my area and I have already made about 7 to 8 complains (except the above mention ref no’s ) of which I lost track otherwise I would have mentioned those too.
I have been complaining over a periods of 3 to 4 months but the only thing that I am told by the Airtel end that we are looking into the matter and your problem will be resolved in near future but there is NO improvement in the network .
Moreover the speed of the net is also not upto the mark.
This is my request to the concerned authority to please help me with it immediately.
