I have booked oyo rooms from 13 oct 2015 to 16 ovt 2015 at Chennai, with booking id HDLM8749. When i arrived at my room G303 at Jyoti Comfort residency, Lancor Appt, Sjolinganalur chennai, i was informed that the room is alloted to someone else about which I was nt given any information. They have also not refunded me and made me room less at 2.00 am in the morning.now they say that my amount will be refunded in 15 working days. This clearly is a fraud intention where they are rotating my money for 20 days for premium and repaying me after 20 days and morever stranded me on the roads at 2.00 Am in the morning.
