cheating

I paid Rs 5000 to Guru kripa girls hostel owner on 24th September for my daughter, as she got admission in KBH Dental college Nashik.But cancelled as later she got admission in MGM college navi mumbai. On 29th September cancelled hostel seat &asked owner for refund of Rs 5000.as against deposit paid by me for my daughter. He has filled our seat after our cancellation. But to my surprise he is not ready to refund. He says this is not anything new to me.Everyyear 8 to10 students cancel seat.I don’t refund anyone.I am having reciept of Rs 5000. Pl.help. I want refund.
