I booked a flat in Nov.2010 from siddhicity developers. As days passes I noticed there in no progress in construction. there was just dug a base for the building. I asked to the builder, he tried to avoid me and refused to tell anything about my flat possession. So I filed for RTI then I came to know that the builder don’t get permission to raise the building. Still he opened bookings for flats. I feel cheated that time. But I waited and at least make an agreement. I need the flat urgently, because I living in rented house. Also I paid 20% of total amount. Finally I got a call for making an agreement in Sept. 2014. But still I don’t get flat possession. Now I am paying installments, interest as well as my house rent. I cant afford all this in my husbands limited salary. please do help to get out of this situation.
