Wrong Commitments Always and than Harrasment

I am prateek sehgal ; resident of Ludhiana Punjab ..its 2nd time that I’ve been sold mobile connection by doing wrong commitment . by not going into long story I would like come to the point that this telecom company Videocon actually cons customers by alluring them showing cheap call plans as like I was told that that i would get 1200 minutes calling free in by just paying 150 monthly rent ..but they started sending me hefty bills of around 300 or 350 rupees from the very first month..when I talked to their customer care rep ragarding this .they told me that I was commited wrong ..there is no such plan .well its really a wrong practice being conducted by this company as how could they have such conmen in their company who cheat people like this just in order to complete their sales target..now the concern is that
I’ve been receiveing threatening calls from their lawyers that I have been summoned by the court to pay them Rs 1100 towards them .which is really unethical ..its really been a lot of harrasement in a common men’s life like me. Kindly help me out by providing solution to this .. M ready for settlement by paying their actual dues towards me but not by paying unnecessary bills that they want me to pay by threatening me.
