Sir. I had purchased one connection from Vodafone alipure store and the concern vodavone representative sold me that connection by saying that it is 2GB unlimited plan. After 7 days I got a msg from Vodafone that my billing amount is above 6000 and they have activate it on 28th of the previous month by their own. Then I went to tollyganj centre they confirmed me that it was a miss salling by that lady it is only 2GB planning and they told me that they have mailed to stop that connection and issue another no 3GB unlimited. I requested them to allow me to give that money monthly basis as it is not possible for me to pay that amount one time they again send me to alipure store and ms Aratrika behaived very badly and refused to help. I request to every person from collection to solve it but they have not respond. Today one person visit my home in absence of main and humiliate my mother and use abusive language. Pls help me.
