Photographer – Advance Taken – Pictures Not Delivered

I CA Jitesh Jain (Membership No. 534651) am writing this to you with respect to share my pathatic experience with the Photographer that have been booked for ICAI Convocation Programme held on 16th July 2015. I am sorry to say that the photographer that have been booked named “Riju Studio – 3520, Kucha Lalmal, Darya Ganj, Delhi” for CA Convocation is pathatic in his services. I have not yet received the photographs of convocation though i have made advance payment of Rs. 350. He is every time saying that “It will be delivered later on”, but now its almost a month. I would like to raise this issue and request to ICAI that kindly Black List the vendor (Riju Studio) from now on and don’t allow him to irritate and trouble my new friends (newly qualified Chartered accountants), like I am being getting troubled for over a month. He is not addressing the issue since he has already received advance money. This experience is very annoying and I Hope that some action must be taken against the party (Riju Studio : Ph. 9910286994).
