Axis Bank Non-coperarion with approved home loan

I am Monojit Saha sanctioned pre approved Axis Bank POWER HOME Loan with Application Id : 2517690 on 21st February 2015 & valid till 20th August 2015. In this period my first loan executive Subhajit Kaule who processed the application left Axis bank. I called him the executive several times,texted him regarding the submission of my property documents. He stopped accepting my calls & when I text him he told me he is on leave for his MBA exams for 2 weeks.Then I called him up after 2 weeks & still no response.Then he text me that he has left Axis Bank. Next day I go to Axis Bank head office in Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata & they appoint another guy Somnath Das for me. I submitted him property papers on 28th July 2015 & the loan is not yet disbursed
on 12th August,2015. The latest is the mobile of Mr Somnath Das is switched off for last 2 days & I am fearing of it will not be disbursed before 20th August 2015 & I loose money of the processing fee.

I also have asked several times to dispatch my Sanction letter & still do not have that.I need to know why a customer like me will be suffered because of carelessness of some loan executives.
