Vacations gateway is fraud company, luring for gifts and grabbing money from people

I have a call from the executive to the vacation gateway company. Executive name is Aman Srivastava and he told me a holiday package of 8549/- Rs for 4 nights/ 5 days & valid for 4 family members with the Samsung Galaxy S6 in which is the absolutely free. Package will be used within 12 months and payment of 8549/- Rs pay by monthly EMI must provide for 12 months. He sent me payment link on my email id and I had paid 8549/- rs by axis bank credit card. Then his sent me one more mail for payment confirmation & transfer to call his Senior executive.
After that who told me your name was selected/ chosen for the combo offers & in this offer includes a holiday package of same as previous & you get the laptop along with package. Which again the 8549/- Rs pay by credit card. I had Twice deducted from my credit card! Then I will check his Company report / reviews at social sites like Face Book & others sites when I got Vacations gateway is fraud company, luring for gifts and grabbing money from people. It makes me along with a loss of Rupees & has also reached mental harassment. So please I request to you refund my deducted amount & justice for the same.

{On 26 Jul 2015} After that complaining in “Consumer Complaint” online site I got a call from Vacation Gateway Company Person name of Anuj and he said that loosed money you will return in 2 days. That’s why I want your name, bank account number and IFSC code. I had giving them same also.

{On July 28, 2015} Anuj Person of the vacation gateway company call to me & said me want some more information of you debit card like transaction id & private info related to card for refund your amount. I think some jumble/ mess in company, so don’t give any information to him. After that he said – they not work for refund presses.
Today is 01 Aug 2015 but still we are not getting any refund amount from vacation Gateway Company. So I request you please legal action on this company & provide my loss amount of 8549*2 = 17098/- rs or Justice for the same.
