My name is V . Ramamurrthi, holding a number 9959224083, i would like to report of the details report of my bill for month of July 2015, i was informed i have utilised your data services for which was charged 2000/- , now when called customer care i was told i browsed airtelgprs.in,,,now tell me is that a social network site, or media site to browse movies, songs, etc for me to waste my time and money on it. In that website what details , which link, i was browsing i require entire information, besides i got confirmation regarding there is no data plan activated earlier when i got charged for the same amount a couple of months ago, now to activate that service again i never called , nor i requested to send me email for activation services.
I was informed its a default option in the mobile handset, (nice excuse) even though mobile handset has a default options your service should not work for internet services by default unless, until customer has requested for no such billed services has to be activated.
When spoke about that your have suggested to go for better internet plans, which is way too smart on you guys. Sorry not acceptable, So if you guys can provide me details of what was i browsing, in that airtelgprs.in ,,i m not going to pay the bill.
