I bought Sony Xperia Z1 (BLACK) 9 months ago on 28th October 2014. Until 2-3 months it was working properly but after some days it started heating up and hanging on operating..camera shuts down popping up as it needs some time to cool down the device..i am not able to work properly with my Xperia device and i asked for service center to replace this product at mall road kanpur center. They didn’t do so…as it is under warranty period, i am registering my complain here. i want to replace my device with a new one as far as the terms of the company are concern. Please help me out regarding this issue. i’ll be always thankful to you.

Problems-
1- Over heating and shutting down while using camera and other applications.
2- camera shuts down temporarily and device hangs due to over heating.
3- Voice quality is degrading day by day…may be some kind of hardware failure.
4- many other hanging and switching off problems.
please help me out on this issue.
