Dear Team, I’m very sorry to say but i ‘ve loose my patience limit so I’m came here to raise a complaint against very prenoun company named Bharti Airtel Ltd. I’ve purchased a mobile phone model YU Yuphoria which has corporate partners of Airtel, on the purchase of selected handsets they offer 4G Double Data offer(making fool of the clients) in 4G circles. So I’ve registered with them on 26th July 2015 for the same offer but till now I’ve not get any benefits from them and I’m follow-up with them till now. I’m calling on Airtel customer care 2-3 times in a day but they don’t have any resolutions for it and surprisingly they even don’t know about the offers. This is my 3rd time I’m facing this kind of services from them and they are challenging that they are best in the industry. Request you to kindly do the needful or suggest me.
